1. General Definition

Under the law, personal data includes any kind of information related to an identified or identifiable natural person. A special category of personal data, referred to as Sensitive Personal Data, includes information related to race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical beliefs, religion, sect, or other beliefs, appearance and dress, membership in associations, foundations, or trade unions, health, sexual life, criminal convictions and security measures, as well as biometric and genetic data.

The processing of personal data refers to any operation performed on data, whether fully or partially automated or through non-automated means that form part of a data recording system. These operations include collection, recording, storage, preservation, modification, reorganization, disclosure, transfer, acquisition, making available, classification, or prevention of use.

2. Data Controller

Your personal data may be processed by CO PRINT MÜHENDİSLİK MAKİNA YAZILIM SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (“Data Controller”) in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) within the scope explained below.

Your personal data may be collected in accordance with the Law, depending on the services provided by the Data Controller and its commercial activities. Data collection may occur through automated or non-automated methods, verbally, in writing, or electronically.

The collected personal data may be processed by CO PRINT MÜHENDİSLİK MAKİNA YAZILIM SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. in compliance with the fundamental principles set forth in the Law and under the conditions for personal data processing (legal grounds) specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes listed below.

5. Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner Under Article 11 of the Law

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, we inform you that as a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • To request information regarding the processing of your personal data,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their intended purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  • To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request notification of this correction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, even if they have been processed in compliance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request notification of this deletion or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to any adverse consequences resulting from the exclusive analysis of your processed data by automated systems,
  • To claim compensation if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods specified below, we will process your request as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, free of charge, depending on the nature of the request.

To exercise your rights, you can fill out and sign the data subject request/application form, which can be found at https://coprint3d.com/tr-tr or obtained physically from the Data Controller's address. You may then submit your original signed petition or the completed and signed application form through the following methods:

  • By Hand Delivery: You can deliver it in person to the Data Controller's secretariat at Sanayi Mah. Teknopark Bul. No: 1/4C, İç Kapı No: Z08, Pendik / Istanbul, along with identification documents.
  • By Notary or Registered Mail: You can send it to the above-mentioned address via notary public or registered mail with return receipt.
