QDock Station
Inactive toolheads are automatically sealed at the parking station, preventing stringing and unwanted marks on the print.

The hotend and load cell are mounted directly to a rigid aluminum support structure. By minimizing micro-movements and vibration around the nozzle, this design maintains stable calibration, precise layer alignment, and consistently smooth print surfaces.
Quadro’s interactive lighting system, QLight, uses minimal integrated lights on each toolhead to communicate with you visually. The active toolhead is automatically highlighted, while each toolhead light reflects the color of the loaded filament, allowing you to see which tool is active and which color is in use at a glance.
Quadro’s 360° Calibration System precisely aligns XYZ offsets between multiple toolheads by measuring each nozzle from multiple directions. It compensates for even the smallest positional differences, ensuring consistent layer alignment and clean multi-color prints without visible X, Y, or Z shifts.
Quadro can reliably print higher-hardness TPU materials while also enabling true multi-material printing. Combine TPU with dedicated support materials such as PVA or PLA, or use different material combinations within the same print to create more functional and versatile parts.
Quadro features a spacious 300 × 300 × 300 mm build volume — 60% more than the 256 mm machines it competes with. That's the freedom to print a helmet, a full cosplay piece, or a batch of parts in one job, without splitting and gluing.
Each toolhead is driven by its own stepper motor, so it moves independently along the same axis. While one toolhead returns to its QDock Station™, the next is already moving into the print area. Nothing waits for anything — which is where most of the time saving in a four-color print comes from.
After a toolhead finishes printing, its filament is retracted slightly while the nozzle cools to standby temperature on the way to the park station. Once docked, the nozzle is automatically sealed completely, preventing unwanted oozing and marks on the model.
