Refund policy
Thank you for choosing our products. We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you have a positive experience with our products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy (check below, only matches with EU), subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility: This refund policy applies to products purchased directly from Co Print Web Store. The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
2. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The refund request must be initiated within this period. (check below for the EU).
3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or contact form. Provide your order details, including the purchase date, order number, product information and detailed photo’s and video’s of the failure reason that is shown as a refund reason. Our customer support team will guide you through the refund process. You can directly send emails to support@coprint3d.com .
4. Return Shipping: If a return is required, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. The product must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Necessary return delivery address will be shared with you regarding to your region once your refund is approved. All the shipping costs and/or additional customs taxes that might occur will be handled by the customer. Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may deny the return.
5. Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for any damage or signs of use. If the product is found to be in its original condition, a refund will be issued within 7 business days. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.
6. Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply to software, downloadable content, or services. Products that have been tampered with, modified, or damaged due to negligence or misuse are not eligible for a refund. Certain items, such as printable parts that we share on our website for you and additional items such as adapters, cables, tubes, fittings etc. are non-returnable. Therefore any failure on those spare parts will not make our own product refundable.
7. Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have shipped the wrong product or the product arrived damaged.
8. Purchases from an authorized reseller of Co Print: The return policy for purchases made from a reseller’s website is subject to the reseller’s return policy. Please reach out to the reseller for more information.

In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 working days.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract / order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Cooling off period
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last lot or piece.

Deadline
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Retention of reimbursement
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Return cost
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Consumer’s liability for dimished value of the goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
